Ordering

To add a product to your shopping basket, select the model, color, size and quantity of the selected espadrille and click "order". Do not forget to select the country to which the espadrilles are to be sent. After having done that, you can go on shopping.

Items you have ordered and the corresponding shipping charges will appear on the order checkout form. Please complete the next form with more information.

A confirmation mail of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided us. If you do not receive any confirmation mail, please email us at custormerservice@espadrillesfromspain.com or phone us (+34 964392768).

VAT tax is applicable to the orders shipped to countries within the European Community. Prices for orders going to these countries are stated in euros and already include the VAT tax.

We do not charge additional sales taxes to countries outside the European Union.

There may be a slight customs tariff applied by the local government once a package has reached its destination country.

Shipping

Espadrilles are sent worldwide and as soon as posible via UPS EXPRESS. All products shown in our website are available in stock. By purchasing two pairs of espadrilles, the second pair has no postage and packing.
You are provided with a table with the fares applied depending on the country espadrilles are to be sent as well as the delivery time.

It takes one business day for UPS EXPRESS to arrive up to New York and 2 days to deliver goods in the biggest cities in the States.

Outside The United States, UPS sometimes applies a "remote area surcharge" for delivery in non-metropolitan areas. When we receive your shipping address, if this surcharge applies, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns

We accept returns of goods we have been notified through our return form within 7 days beginning the day after UPS has delivered your package. Items may be returned for a full refund (excluding UPS service) or you may wish to return an item for an exchange.
Packages must be postmarked after 15 days of receipt of the order.
Merchandise must arrive in an appropriate size box, well packed, secuely tied and in a saleable condition for us to accept.
